We call plating plating. Nothing on this site is solid gold, and every listing says what it actually is. Costume jewelry is a good thing to buy with clear eyes: wear it often, replace it when it dulls, and do not pay solid-gold money for it.

Can I return jewelry?

Yes, within 30 days, unworn with tags attached. For hygiene reasons earrings must be sealed. Return postage is yours for a change of mind; we cover it if the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
