6. Returns, Refunds & No Restocking Fees

  • Return Window: Eligible, unused items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Exemptions: For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, used, or removed from their original packaging — and final-sale items — cannot be returned.
  • Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours with photos to qualify for a replacement or refund.
