Orders & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order before 2:00 PM EST on the dispatch day. Once dispatched, the order falls under our Returns policy.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States only; unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
When will my order ship and how long does delivery take?
Your order will ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat), and delivery typically takes 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer Standard Shipping only. We do not provide expedited or overnight shipping options.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free Standard Shipping on orders over $75. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies. All prices are in USD.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return both defective and non-defective items, provided they are in new and unused condition with original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defect, Prime Boutique will cover the shipping.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method in USD within within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that the bank may add 1–2 additional business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
